Welcome to Nabu. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Nabu.
What Nabu does
Nabu is an AI-powered travel-planning service. You tell us where you want to go and how you travel, and we generate a personalised itinerary using large language models combined with live web search.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
- One account per person; don't share credentials.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Tickets and payment
- Generating an itinerary costs Nabu Tickets, purchased via our partner Whop.
- Tickets do not expire.
- If a generation fails on our side, the ticket is automatically refunded.
- Tickets are non-transferable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, or attempt to extract our prompts.
- Use Nabu to plan activities that are illegal at the destination.
- Submit content that contains malware, illegal material, or others' personal data.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user.
AI accuracy
Nabu's itineraries reference real places, but we cannot guarantee opening hours, prices, availability, or current conditions. Always verify time-sensitive details before travelling. Nabu is a planning aid, not a booking platform.
Liability
Nabu is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for travel disruptions, missed flights, closed venues, weather, or any other on-the-ground reality that diverges from the itinerary.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We can terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email.
