FAQ
Quick questions, quick answers.
What is Nabu?
Nabu is an AI travel planner that builds full multi-day itineraries with real venues — restaurants, neighbourhoods, transport — tailored to how you travel.
How does the AI know about real places?
It runs live web searches during generation and references databases of verified venues. Every place in your itinerary should be a real, named spot — never "a local café".
How accurate is the itinerary?
Very, but always verify time-sensitive details like opening hours and prices day-of. Things change. Use the itinerary as a strong plan, not a contract.
Can I edit it after?
Yes. Inline edit any activity, drag to reorder, add your own. Or hit the Revise button and tell Nabu what to change in plain English — we re-plan around your feedback.
What's a ticket?
One ticket = one full itinerary generation. It also includes one free revision so you can refine without paying again. Tickets never expire.
Do tickets expire?
No. Buy them when convenient, use them when you travel.
What if generation fails?
Your ticket is automatically refunded and we email you a retry link. You never pay for a broken generation.
Can I share my itinerary?
Yes. Generate a private share link, or invite collaborators by email so they can edit alongside you.
Can I download a PDF?
Yes — branded PDFs with day-by-day pacing, perfect for offline use or sharing with non-Nabu friends.
How is my data used?
We use it to generate better itineraries for you. Full details — sub-processors, retention, your rights — are in our Privacy Policy.
